I was shopping online for a new dishwasher and applied for the credit card, once I was finished with that it stated that someone would be calling me to finish the process. NEVER got a phone call. I then proceeded to call customer service for help on finding a store near me that had the dishwasher in stock for pick up (since it didnt have a search option on their website to search stores within 50 miles of me) and EVERY single time I called they transferred me and then hung up. Worst customer service I have delt with in a VERY long time.
