We brought a brand new out the box, 60" Sony Full HD 1080 from Conn's in 2006. Every year for 4 years, the lamp goes out and the TV stops working. This is a on-going problem that has not been resolved by Conn's. Conn's representative told us, this TV was a great buy, better than Plasma TV. We don't know. Now, they do come and replace the lamp, for 4 years, only because we have the extended warranty. It's a hassle and we feel service is not being done. We requested a another TV, but of course, Conn's said "That's not an option!" As long, as they can replace/patch the lamp on the TV, it's okay! We, as consumers, don't have a chance getting quality service and customer loyalty from Conn's. We will never buy another product from Conn's or advise anyone to purchase from Conn's. Poor customer service and quality products!!!
