It has been sad and disappointed to see high quality American brands such as HP gradually became unreliable American brand name. I spent more than $1800 for an HP DV9700t CTO and kept crashing every single day. Worst than that HP dropped the support for that product and turn their back to the consumers. HP has not learn the lesson from GM, Ford and Chrysler in the 70's and 80's.
