Laptop Pavillion-purchased on 10/25 and completely dead on 12/25 when I tried to turn the device on. Purchased from Best Buy whom informed me that their in store warranty only guaranteed electric products for 14 days. It is a travesty that a brand new computer expires after 6-8 weeks of minimum usage. As a consumer I am totally frustrated and disappointed in Best Buy and Hewlett Packard. No accountabilit what so ever!!!
