Sent me broke phone after 2 months callin everyday

I order the phone off there website. It took them 2 months to send me the phone after callin everyday. When i got the phone the battery on it would not hold a charge. I got them to send me a new battery a month later i got the battery. After that theydid not give me my month free of service.
