I bought a top of the line interstate battery model MTP-24F on August 27 from Greulich's of Chandler at a price of 128.53. After 25 months the battery failed. When I went to get a replacement battery I found out that they instead installed a cheaper battery model I25F with only an 18 month free replacement warranty. This battery only costs $70.00. When i brought the issue up Greulich's of Chandler of AZ, thet denied the accusation and acccused me of switching batteries. Doug from the front counter's response "There is no way you can prove that this is the battery we installed"
