I sent my iPod in to FastFixology.com (Blake Paulson, 1210 Broadway St., Suite 240 PMB 140, Alexandria MN 56308) in mid-October for diagnostic testing and repair. I pre-paid via PayPal. I had done business with him before and received excellent service.
Several weeks passed. I attempted to contact him several times via email. After several increasingly pleading and eventually angry emails, I received an apologetic response on Nov 12, with a promise to refund the money for the diagnostic test and do the repair.
More time passed with no word. I started trying to contact him starting several weeks ago. I have received no response, no refund, and am missing my iPod. I have given this business every conceivable benefit of the doubt, asking only for some response or some sort of explanation as to what was going on, and receiving none.
So not only am I out the cost of the diagnostic testing (minor - $22.99), but more importantly I am now missing my iPod, which will cost me $250 to replace.
