I received a broken ipod from these people through the Sears marketplace. The ipod died and then would not charge. When I tried to contact them the number was disconnected. I sent many emails and got no response. I sent the ipod back to them and it was confirmed as delivered and haven't received my refund. These people are a scam. Do NOT buy from them
