I have used fastfixology a number of times over the past three years, but service has been really poor this past year. The latest device I sent in for repair was an iPad 2, which I sent on the 24th of October. I received notice that the part would be in the following week. That is the last I heard from the company, although I've sent over a dozen e-mails in the past two months, and have left two voice mail messages.
I've been very kind and patient throughout this process as I've worked with Blake/fastfixology in the past, but this time I have received no response whatsoever.
We needed this iPad back by Christmas—and it isn't going to make it.
I will mention that we sent in payment for this repair by check because fastfixology had a Paypal disagreement which kept it from accepting PayPal. We were given a deal on this repair ($65) because it took fastfixology two months to fix the last device we sent in for repair (in that case, fastfixology would respond to e-mails).
There was a point when I felt secure recommending fastfixology to others for repairs... Sadly I cannot do this any more.
I'd either like the iPad returned to me with the $65 for the repair, or better yet repaired.
