Jan I sent my ipod to fastfixology for a battery replacement. I paid him a fee via pay/pal
He responded via e-mail and said he would need additional money that the battery was not
The only issue. I sent him additional funds.in Feb I requested a update on my ipod. He
Responded by e-mail that he has not yet been able to repair it. I told him to repair it or mail
It back to me. That was the last communication we had. He has not answered my calls
Or responded in any way since then. I have filed a complaint with the local BBB.
I would like to resolve this issue.
