Ripoff charged bank account also causing overdraft fee

When receiving checking account report bank called me.
There was an illegal charge to my account which
created an additional overdraft fee. The bank
called MWI and they gave her a fax number and the
manager of bank faxed copies of non-authorized charge
and overdraft fee.
