US Bank charged me $150 dollars for charges that were authorized but not posted to my account. As you know authorizations are holds on your account until they are verified and posted. My account balance was always positive, but my funds available was a negative.
They charged me $30 overdraft fees per transaction that posted to my account eventhough my account balance was never overdrawn.
How can they charge an overdraft fee if your "account balance" is never overdrawn.US bank refunded $90, but that is still a ripoff. Overdraft fees should be for overdraft "account balances"! If there is a class action lawsuit please COUNT ME IN!
