Allied interstate and sprint pcs rip-offs! There's an illegitimate debt on my credit report

My husband and I are trying to purchase a new home because we recently moved. We went to the bank to see about getting a loan and they did a credit check and found that Allied Interstate was listed on my credit report and said I have been delinquent on an account with Sprint PCS in the amount of $230.19.

I have never had a phone or an account with Sprint PCS - EVER - EVER - EVER and never will have! I have had one phone in my lifetime and that has been with Midwest Wireless a fantastic company to deal with I would never switch.

But Allied Interstate took on this collection without checking it out to see if it was a legitmate debt which IT IS NOT!

I pay my bills!
