Complaint / review text:
I have been receiving calls from this company for about 2 weeks. I have no problem paying the Sprint PCS bill, if Sprint would have sent me a final bill. I never received a final bill but obviouslt Allied Interstate did. I tell them that I am who they are calling for and request to only be contacted via the USPS. They have not complied. I do answer the phone and I will respond. "This is she, and once again I am requesting for your company to NOT contact me via the telephone and ONLY through the USPS. Please do not call me again." I hang up before they can even talk.
But, the few times I did let them talk they were very rude and beligerant. I called Sprint and they staed that the account has been turned over to collections and that I have to deal with them. But I would rather pay Sprint instead of this company. But, Sprint will not allow me to do so.
