Allied Interstate/MCI Worldcom telemarketers harrased us on a daily basis. (24/7) We repeatedly asked them to remove us from their callers list but that just seemed to make them call even more. They also wanted us to switch our long ditance carrier to MCI.
Eventualy they illegally "slammed" our line. They shut down 2 of our phone lines. We were left with no phone for almost 2 weeks. Our local carrier Sprint has yet to explain why our phone was shut off and illegally slammed. We never consented to any changes on our phone so how/why did Sprint ever allow this to happen?
Allied interstate illegally gave our phone number to someone else. (Someone is now answering our phone number) I am sure they are being harrased to death as we were by Allied Interstate/MCI.
I have filed a report Florida Public Utility Commision. They have been very helpful to us pursuing this matter. MCI responded by saying they dont have our number. I am still waiting on a response from our local carrier.
I want to pursue this rude, invasive, scamming, so called company to the fullest extent. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
