Ripoff Does Not Give Rebates as Promised on Two Way Radios Purchased at Fry's

I am a victim to Columbia Telecommunications and their rebate scam. Though I was fortunate that I received the replacement of my defect battery right after my second call. Telephoned the company four times since Dec I got confirmation about the reception of my rebate submission and was told the rebate would arrive in a week. It sounded good at the time, but has not heard from the company again.
