I had problems with netscape and did not want to be with out internet. I had installed PeoplePC software for internet service and I somwhow could not get it working, I then uninstalled it the same day. I am sure I had called PeoplePC to cancel and tell them I could not get into the internet. I had not been using my online banking service every month because I forgot the password.
I had looked at online bank statements end of July after changing password to get in. I had viewed my online bank statements on 8-8. And after a short time viewing I noticed a second billing for internet service, I must have been tired. I called my Netscape provider and asked them why I was being billed twice mentioning PeoplePC and felt like a real dummy when the guy from Netscape repeated PeoplePC and said: we would not be billing for PeoplePC. How come I did not catch the billing when I had looked at statement in july, I look statement over to fast. I am sick about loosing around $80.00. I surely would have cancelled it as back then I had at some point got Netscape working again.
