I checked my statement today and had a charge for $16.95 from WC *VALUE PLUS-V 888-833-7279 MN US. I called the number to find out what it was. The first time I was hung up on. I called back and was asked last name, zip and told the girl I wasn't going to give her my information until I knew what kind of company has fraduently charged my credit. I was yelled at, told to shut up so she could tell me what the charge was for, and yelled at again. Was told I had signed up a discount membership to travel and dinning, but she didn't know where the charge came from. Back in Feb. I ordered the MOnster 1200 steamer online, so maybe this is where the charge came from (who also has very rude customer service and I'm still waiting for my product over a month later). I asked to speak to a supervisor, who was a little nicer, but still couldn't give me any information. Was told the charge was be credited back to my account within 2-3 biling cycles and the account would be cancelled... I'm cancelling my credit card tomorrow.
