A salesman came in to my store, I have 2 other partners. He explained on paper how his company could save me money by using as my credit card processing company. He also explained that I had to lease the credit card machine through Lease Finance Group LLC. This was a five year lease but when he showed me the numbers, I would still save money.
Wanting to save money like all of us do, I singed the lease on behalf of my LLC. I resigned form the LLC in July and the other owners did not wish to continue business with LFG. LFG has now been calling me for payment due to a personal guarantee that I signed. LFG calls my cell phone almost evryday if not every day. I dont mind talking to people but they call and there is rarely anyone on the other end. This goes on for at least 5 to 10 times a day. Once in awhile someone speaks and I tell them the same thing everyday. The phone calls are annoying and I believe these collections tactics are against the law.
Please stay away from lease finance group llc at all costs.
