They are unprofessional, rude and dishonest. I called them to get some information on the movie extra opportunity and the agent simply told me that I can ask him all the questions I had at the end and asked me for my credit card number. When I asked him for what, he said it was a one time charge for 1.98 for shipping and handling, so that information can be sent to me. After he authorized my card, he said there would be a monthly charge on my account for the membership. When I asked him to cancel it immediately because I was not interested he got very mean and told me that I should not have called if I was not serious about working. I asked him to stop yelling at me and said I wanted to speak to a supervisor. He started screaming and said that he will not hand the phone to a supervisor and I was not going to get my money back. Upon which I got mad and we exchanged words and I hung up on him. When I calmed down, I called again, I was answered by another man who said he was the supervisor. When I explained to him what happened he said they were part of the BBB and he cannot issue refund and I would have to call customer service. I cannot get through customer service and I cancelled my card because I did not want to keep billing me fraudulently. Don't trust them
