Service Never Worked for Seven Days, Then $475 Withdrawn

DirecTV: rip-off, poor installation, rude behavior, faulty equipment.

I had their service for seven days, and it never worked properly: picture freezes, loss of signal, constant resets. I canceled the service after seven days, and without my knowledge they took $475.00 from my checking account for a service that never worked. I called the BBB and am filing small claims. The result from the Better Business Bureau was a letter from the company stating that this is their policy. Terrible company!

Dish Network is much, much better, a pleasure to deal with.
