Several of the channels that we pay each month to watch give an error message searching for a signal. We called to have the issue resolved and were told we have to pay an additional $50 to have a technician to come out and correct the problem. This is their service and their equipment. Direct TV provides an unreliable service and poor product quality. We will never use the company again.
