Cbt direct took money when product doesn't work properly., flordia

On 2/7/08, I phoned to CBT and I spoke to Dave. After my consideration, I to get started taking the Microsoft Certification Training Course. He discussed with great details of how the program would benefit me in the near future.

When I first sign on I was having so my technical problems. I phoned Jim ext. 3003 about the problems that I were having. As soon as I login w / username and password, the screen slowly opened up. It took me a long time for me to navigate through the course outline. So, I got very upset and I phoned you and Dave and ask to cancel my service due to the slowest of using the online service.

The reprenstative phoned me back suggested that he could provide me with CD instead. On 03/05/08, I received the training CDs. I begin the course and I start having problems. I phoned technical support explaining to them that I was having some problems w / the CD. He walked me through steps & he resolved the problem. He had me to turn my Norton Virus off. He had me to click on one of the item on the Course Manager Screen to see would it work.

On 03/06/08, I phoned in again w / the same problem. I phoned Customer Service asking to see how can I get a refund basically I explained to them that I am working Word 2007 and I am having the same problem. He keep telling me what that something is wrong with my computer.
They are a rip off and their products stucks!
