I upgraded my membership in mid October and was assured that the new membership would begin, that the old membership would cancel and that my payments for the old membership would end in late November. Sam, an experienced employee with the personal training contracts and my original trainer who wrote my personal training package, confirmed that my last payment was November. Chris, the manager, at the location assured me that all the paperwork was complete and moved my new payment to process at the end of the month.in December I discovered that I was still being charged for the old membership. I contacted numeous people to no avail. I phoned the billing number listed on my credit card statement. I spoke to Gina. She placed me on hold and never came back. After 25 minutes the phoned disconnected. I phoned back and spoke to Lois at the billing office who assured me that a supervisor from her location would call me the next day. No one called. I spoke to the district manager, Jodie P., who said they would rectify the problem. He then became very rude when I detailed the issue and told me to have my legal council send a letter of representation. It is unreasonable, as I discussed with Lois, for any one person to have 2 personal training packages. Additionally, I am aware of other billing complaints against this company for the same problem.
