Webflorist WORST service - Bouquet & Delivery

We normally order all our flowers from Netflorist, but I needed a bouquet for UREGENT delivery.netflorist stops same-day-deliveries @13:00.
I found WEBFLORIST who claimed to do same day deliveries if ordered before 15:00. It was REALLY pricey, but worth the early delivery. I placed my order & mailed payment confirmation @14:15.
At 16:15 I started getting worried & havent heard anything from them, nor got feedback that they have indeed received my payment. I phoned the main branch (as they dont supply the direct number to their sub branch, Yuka Kai) and they assured me that my flowers will arive "long before 17:00".. Uhm. That was 16:15 already.
At 17:15 I phoned again. They lady seemed shocked and said the shop was closed already, but she will try to phone anyway. She phoned me back saying it will arrive first thing in the morning.
The next AFTERNOON I phoned again @11:55. Shocked once again, she assured me she will make sure it gets here. Finally the Yuka Kai branch phoned me asking for directions! After directing her, she asked for advice on how to get to the oppossite side of the road!
I paid R400 for 10 St Joseph flowers and daisies (unlike their picture) which arrived late!
