Customer support stinks

I have a problem accesing my internet account and I live in UK and use Chase bank in florida, my password stopped working so i had to call chase bank using skype as no number is available for overseas customers to ring directly and no email addresses are available.
On my first call they supplied three activation codes which did not work so the put the phone down on me. I called again and they told me to upgrade it IE9 and gave me a new activation code, that did not work, I called again and they gave me more activation codes and they did not work and they hung up again and put me back to switchboard and I had to get back into another support person, they gave up and cut me off, I phoned again and they said problem was different time zone and cut me off again, phoned again and they took my uk phone number and said they would ring me, guess what no call.
Their customer service stinks it looks as though they just cut you off if they cannot solve your problems, their is no phone number you can ring from UK as 0800 is not allowed from overseas, their is no email address you can send to apart for new customers and then they say they cannot help you and to ring 0800, their service sticks, maybe I should get on a plane and come to USA just to sort out my password problem.
