Charter has been nothing but a headache since I signed up for their package deal on phone, internet and cable! Every other month I have had to call their customer service (if you can call it that) regarding mistakes on my bill. It got so bad that one supervisor extended my package for another 6 months. This did not eliminate the problems.
I emailed them and explained all that I had been through with customer service on the phone and what I got back in response was to call customer service and they would gladly help me!!!
I am switching my phone and internet service! I would switch my cable if only I had a choice other than the Dish! It seems they have us by the #&*$ when it comes to service. I'm stuck with them for cable and they know it!!!
