Stay away from using Charter Communications service if you can! Every since we switched to Charter bundle package their service has been terrible. Our telephone and internet service works ONLY about 25% of the time. We have had 10 unknowledgeable people look at our problems with NO long term results. There has been a cable in our yard that needs to be buried for 3 months. Their phone system and customer service group is a pain to use...
