Charter has the worst cable service and customer service. My cable has been out since Friday. I have had to call customer service 3 times in one weekend and not once has anyone apologized for my inconvenience. The customer service reps expressed no empathy and had the nerve to argue with me when I asked for a credit for the days that my cable had been out. Not for one minute did they consider how I felt, the fact that I was home the entire weekend with guests and no cable tv. I don't recommend them as a cable company! I will be canceling this sucky cable service!
