I call Charter Communications today after seeing on my bill I was charged more for my internet service than agreed on. I talked two ladies, I didn't get the first ones name but the second one I talked was name Latoya. She was so helpful and both were so pleasant.
They both cleared up the problem. I thank you for such excellent customer service.
