12/12 we moved into our house. 12/13 a Charter rep came out and told me cable had never been strung to this house. (I know. That's why I called you). He said they would have to dig a line from the neighbor's house, which is the closest point that has cable. (Again, I know this already. That's why I called YOU!). The end of December comes and I've heard nothing. No phone message, no e-mail. I call. The lady at Charter, after putting me on hold several times, says that they just submitted the order that day. (Perhaps because I called and was clearly not happy?) AND she says it'll take them another MONTH to come out and dig the line. You have GOT to be kidding me! Will some other cable internet company please come to Roseburg? You could make an absolute killing if you even had mediocre customer service because you'd put these guys out of business in about a month. They are a Class 1 Fail.
