Hello, Are'nt we all just a bunch of happy campers? These (I'll put it nicely) idiots are setting in there little offices stealing our homes or trying to anyway in some cases. Lets see my little adventure started when my loan got transfered to these lovely people in NOV. 2006 My very first set of statements (We have 2 mortgages) had our 1st and 2nd loans switched in the payment ammounts and said we were 1 month behind on both (nice of them huh) Well anyway I have called these people at least 75-100 times since Nov 06 and guess what? It's still all a "BIG FAT MESS" They are threatening to FORECLOSE on our home (isn't that just duckie) I "THOUGHT" key word we were going to get out of this mess by doing a re-fi. But guess what? They have put all this really nice stuff on our credit. SOOOOO now we can't re-fi! Well after I got this last bit of good news.
I decided to call these nice people; it only took me 5-6 times of calling to reach an actual real talking person (this time) I have had to call as much as 11 times repeatededly before getting a real person. After I got ahold of a real person this time"I just let them have it I mean all of it"Now I am a very calm person by nature. But ya know when you've had it" you've had it" Even us calm in the storm people can only take so much. Well after I had chewed up 1 person and told her I was going to call the better bius. Folks and turn them in"POOF" I got trans. To a surervisor.
So well yea I let him have it too. I was on the phone with him for about 2hrs today (01/29/07) having my little fit of rage and now let me tell you, he said it will all be taking care of. HMMM where have I herd that before? I am supposed to give them til the 2nd of feb. To get everything taken care of and then call them back! OH a little tid bit he told me. When you call this #1-800-283-7918 instead of putting in your acct. # or your ss# you should press *0 repeatedly until you get a real person! Now ain't that just sweet of him, another way to torture me!
Well thank you very much Mr. Jason at CITIMORTGAGE. Well" now all I have to do is just wait and then call them on Wed. And oh by Wed. My Jan. Payment will be past due also, and then we can start on my Feb. Payment. And so on and so fourth.
