Victoria Talbot is a thief, she has many liens and judgements against her I just found.
She said that she was a PR agent with many connections, and promised my husband that she would promote him and get him work. We sent her a "retainer" fee of $1500.00 in July.
We have never heard from her again after repeated phone calls and email messages. I have been in contact with a few other people that she has ripped off as well.
