Ripoff could not get channels as told we would get Picture not clear Did not unscramble channels dishonest ripoffs Boca Raton

I called this company several times could not get an answer. 2 weeks later I got an answer but the voice mail box was filled. This is a poor way of doing business. I e-mailed them on how to hook the box up. I got a reply 4 days later but the way they told me was the way I already had tried to get it to work and it wouldn't. I am very dissatisfied with the whole deal. This wasnt a cheap product either. WE purchased the supposively best there was. Boy were we fooled. All we want is our money back now not 30- 60 -or 90 days They took it when we ordered now we want it back as guaranteed NOW.
