My service is horrible. My channels are out. Im being charged for dvr and cant even watch what I record due to channels skipping out everyday. Im paying for double the channels but they r exact channels. Dvr box cuts off and resets when it want. But my first bill is $190.00. Thdy have reset box but does no good. I think i deserve a discount and a review of my bill and package and a month or so free. This is not fair.
