I ordered a DVD on 10/27/04 and have yet to receive it. They charged my creditcard on 10/28/04. I waited 2 wks. And finally e-mailed them. No answer. I e-mailed again, and they finally sent me an answer 11/12/04 saying it was either out of stock or back ordered. It would be shipped within 7 days. I received nothing. I e-mailed them again a week ago asking for my DVD since they already had my money. No answer.
I e-mailed them again 3 days ago telling them to refund my money and cancel my order. Again no answer. My credit card has not been credited. As I have said, they won't even reply to my e-mails with another answer of some kind. My order #465164011710868, item ordered was "Netrebko Anna-Woman the voice" DVD.
