Billed me for services I never ordered I never even heard of them ripoff fraud business

For two months in a row, my American Express account has included a charge of $48.79 for something or other I never ordered nor even heard of. AMEX has removed the charges but it looks as if I will be charged each month. Suggest this company be charged by the Attorney General for theft.
