Peoples Credit First & Robert Stevens are ripoff liars who victimized me. They never sent my card, & they returned my letter UNOPENED

I received a award notification in mail that said I was guaranteed a platinum crdit card. I sent them the $60.00 processing fee over 2 months ago. I never received the card. I wrote them a letter inquiring about the status of my card, they sent ti back as name unknown unopened. It may not seem like alot of money to some people but I am a single mother of 3 children and I work very hard for the little bit of money that comes in this house. These people basicaly stole food from my childrens mouths. NicoleRichford, New York
