I discovered a false charge on my Amex bill in June. I emailed Credit Secure that the charge was not authorized and to cease billing me. I filed a Fraud report with AMEX and they replied that "the case was settled in your favor"". However, Credit Secure continued to bill me and calls to both Amex and Credit Secure did not make them stop or reimburse me for the fraudulent charges. Today I called both again and now am required to send a letter to the Ark. Address asking for reimbursement and then they might "consider taking the charges off". I have spent endless hours on the phone being referred to different people and then being told that there is nothing they can do. When I threatened to report them to the State Attorney General they asked for the letter.
