Ripoff fraudulent charges dishonest scam

I have a charge of $39.99 for "SKYNET 815 LD CALLING PLAN" billed on behalf of SkyNET, a service provided by IntegreTel, on my SBC monthly statement.

I have never heard of "Skynet" - ordered "Skynet" - or even subscribe to a long-distance calling plan of any kind. So why is there a $39.99 charge - and what is it a charge for?

Why would a trustworthy company such as "SBC" allow such second-rate, dishonest, ripoff companies like SKYNET and INTEGRETEL to fraudulently bill thier customers and refuse to help them regain what has been stolen from them by SBC's plan/services provides?

I too was given same phone number by SBC (1-800-736-7500) to phone for billing questions. Which has produced ZERO results. I was told I would be credited by Skynet on my next bill - look how it was listed on my next phone bill exaclty:
1.11-16 SKYNET 815 LD CALLING PLAN 39.99
2.12-17 SKYNET 815 LD CALLING PLAN 39.99
Total charges for xxx xxx-xxxx 79.98
Total Itemized Charges and Credits 79.98
Total for SkyNET 79.98
then state and local taxes - and the final line reads:
Total IntelgreTel Current Charges 82.38
*DO THEY THINK WE ARE STUPID? Wise-up SBC and lose Integretel.
