I am on my last 2 payments for a computer, I got behind 1 payment in July and they started calling my job 6 and 7 times a day threatening me and telling my employer that they interferring in a legal case against me. This is for being one week late.
There was not a legal case against me they just wanted their $76.00. The problem have continued to get worse they came to my home while I was at work and my 13 year old 9 year old and 7 year old were here alone. The man opened the door and tried to walk in on the kids.
They call nearly 15 times a day and whenever I answer the phone they cuss me out. I was told by the manager that if I wanted the corp. Number I had to get an attorney to get it, they couldn't give that number out. The district manager will not call me I have left over 20 messages with him. And I was told that my contract has changed and the last 131.33 dollars that I owe was incorrect, I now owe 262.00. And they don't want their money they want their merchandise back.
I have already paid them over $2000.00 for this computer and I am willing to pay what my contract says I owe, but they won't take that and have threatened to have me arrested on several occasions.
