My wife has an account with Aaron's Sales & Lease. Last year she decided that she wanted to buy some furniture and decided to rent to own from Aaron's. Well, after a few months, she decided that doing it through them was too expensive so we called and had them pick up the furniture. Aaron's picked up all the furniture, but they won't stop the harassment. My wife owes about $100 or so, and because of the constant phone calls, she decided that she won't pay it. Aaron's Sales & Lease calls the house 7 times a day, they have been sending people to the house who knock and knock and knock. They stay outside for 15 minutes before they finally leave. It's usually 3 men and a van. Don't know why the van being that they got their stuff back!
Anyway, avoid Aaron's like the plague. You can buy better furniture at more affordable prices somewhere else, own it, and avoid the harassment. I'm going to file a lawsuit against Aaron's for the harassment. That's the only reason I haven't assualted them when they come to the door. I'm so tired of the harrasment that it's either take them to court or beat the hell out of them. I'll get them to stop one way or the other.
