I took my computer in the first time to be worked on because the keys would not function. They charged me a deposit of $50.00 and when I got it back it cost the estimated amount of 145.37. I took it home and when I typed the letter "p" all things started going crazy and an alarm rung so I unpluged it and took it back which they said all would be covered because they've already looked at it. About a week later I got a call from them stating that I needed a new mother board and I asked why they fixed it the week before that they did not notice that it had "spillage" in it. They said it could go at any time. I told them I did not want them to repair it and he said that was a good Idea and if it were him he would just purchase a new one.By that time I'm ready to cry. So a couple of weeks later I call and asked if they got my computer back and they could'nt even find it in their computer and they would look into it and call me back. They said to call Vicki the manager and I tryed for a week of beating around the bush, I never did speak to her. When they finally called they told me they had disposed of it, thats when I went bullistic I told them I had a business and if I ran it the way they did I wouldn't have any customers. And when I came over the next day they better have it because I was bringing a policeman with me and if they did not have it I was pressing thieft charges againest them. They called me back later that day and said you'll never guess what happened we found your computer and it was repaired they did'nt know why but it was repaired with a new mother board in it and a whole new window system put in it. Since I did not authurize them to do so they would not charge me and to come in and pick it up. When I walked into the store they were waiting for me and had me make sure it was working. They gave me a patch cord for plugging it in and recharging it and I said I didn't bring in my old one why do you have a new one with it. They went to put it back under the counter and I said wait It might be mine and I don't want to have to come back again, so they gave it to me, I now have two.!! When I went home to look at orig. Reciept I seen on the bottom a remark " customer was not happy that there wasn't a box with computer when she purchased it." They just handed it to me and I had to ask for a bag to put it in. I wonder if maybe I bought a refurbished one to begin with.
