I purchased a service plan with computer so far a waste of time and money. The thing locked up and would do nothing when turned on just show a screen saying windows could not open properly. When droped off the person I showed the problem to said the mother board needed to be replaced and I'd need to pay $200.00 if I wanted to save my files after the guy that sold the service plan told me that saving that information was part of the plan. Left the computer to be repaired told them to resart the thing there wasn't any thing worth $200.00 on it to save. With nothing better to do went to computer center to the salesman that sold the computer to me in the first place he didn't remember me so I acted like Iwas going to purcase a computer and asked about a service plan and what it covered and if it covered recovering files if the computer crashed his respons yes sure if theres any way to get them back it was covered. After telling him thats the same thing he told me when I purchased the last computer and he needed to come to the geek counter and tell them that wow did he go to talking in circles. He never would go to the geek counter then just vanished. Thats not the real problem. After being called 3 times to pick up computer first 2 times the thing wouldn't even start up at the store I would drive there they would turn it on try to get it to work tell me hoW SORRY THEY WERE and they would have to send it back. The third time it finally started up took it home and after a hour of use locked up again called geeks WHAT DO KNOW THERE SO SORRY AGAIN... Bring it back and we will waste more of my time and gas.
