I bought a Toshiba laptop from Office depot at the begining of september. The item had a rebate of $250 from Toshiba and office depot. I mailed the forms according to the instructions and made sure they got the mail in 2 days. I waited for a 3 months nothing happened. I called the number on the forms and was transfered to so many people.
Tried more than 4 times to get an answer, then e-mailed the rebate center, got reply that they did not get the upc code even though I followed all the instructions and mailed every thing, then went in person to the retailer where I bougth the pc and got the same answer, now I know it is all a ripoff and nothing more or less.
