I purchased a Brother MFC 7220 from the Office Depot and it had a $100.00 rebate. I mailed it in as required and 2 months later I get a card from Office Depot rebate center saying I did not send the UPC off the box, which I did. I tried calling but every time they said they could not help they were updating their system. I finally got someone and she said could not help if I didn't have the UPC, which they already have. I give up! Don't buy from them as I will no longer do and my company will no longer do. So they lost a long time customer that spent $500 to $1000 per month over their sorry rebate scam. I'll take my business down the street to Office Max.
