A MicroTek C997 19" LCD Flat Panel Monitor was
purchased through Office Depot who offered two
rebates, a $50 one from Office Depot and a $150
one from MicroTek. The rebate was valid for the
dates 10/12/03 - 10/17/03.
The rebate forms and receipts & UPC were mailed
on 10/14/03 to their respective addresses. Office Depot to Pirtleville, Az and the MicroTek form to Miami, Fl.
The Office Depot rebate was received 12/13/03.
The MicroTek $150 rebate was never received.
Calling the 1-888-314-4692 rebate inquiry Ph #
resulted in being told there was no record of the rebate form being received.
