I bought a pair of ski blades from overstock and received them on Feb. 8. They were defective called them right away. They said that I would get an email from them on how to return them (don't know how they couldn't tell me that over the phone)! Didn't receive email until Feb. 15. On it it said within next 24 hours I would get another email with a return label.
NEVER RECEIVED IT YET!!! I keep calling and they keep giving me run around about I have to wait 24 to 48 hours again and again and again for label. Where is it???
I've called at least 4 times! I think they are trying to wait their 30 days so they don't have to give me any refund or credit!
This is what I call a RIPOFF COMPANY I WILL GIVE THEM A BAD NAME EVERYWHERE I GO! My credit card co. Is trying to do something for me now!
