Defective Digital Oximete

Have lost count of calls and emails to SkyMall. We were sent a defective Oximeter and SkyMall CustomerService, will not sent us a return label for this defective Oximeter. The meter was sent to us in a box with no return label oreven a company name. Skymall sends us emails that showa return label/tag is requested, but it never is. Just the sameold run around. Customer service even tells me, maybe it's in spam emails. Give me a break already! There is no return labelever!!!
