I called to tell them on 5.11.11 I wanted my money back because I am not satisfied with the 30 Second Smile tooth brush. After all, there is 60 day return policy. I let them know I wanted a full refund of $119.70. After going around and around finally they agreed to send a return box and label and I would need to fax them a mailing certificate from the post office. Three weeks later nothing came in the mail so I called again and talked to Alex, a phone representative, he agreed to email the postage label to me and that it would be here in one to two days. Again, nothing came within four days. I called and talked to a Chris on 5.31.11, he said the label had been emailed but I have nt received anything. Chris said he would email the label and that I should receive it within 14 hours. Four days later, 6.3.11 I called again, the male rep. Said it had been sent by email, again I have received nothing and believe me I have checked every possible way it could have come into my email (spam, drafts etc.) nothing. Todays rep, didn't get his name said he would send again. Nothing has come into my email and I check it often throughout the day. My spam is turned off so evrything comes into my in box. I am very unhappy and frustrated that a company makes it so difficult to return a product that has a 60 day return if not satified.
